Cancelation & Reschedule
Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before massage. Any cancelations/rescheduling after this time may be subject to 50% charge. No shows may be subject to 100% charge. No call, no shows WILL be subject to 100% charge.
HIPAA
This location follows HIPPA compliances. You will be asked to fill out a form containing personal medical information. This information will be kept in a secure private location and will only be viewed by acting therapists.
Arrival times
Please try to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to appointment. Parking is across the street. The door is locked between clients, if the door is locked feel free to either wait outside the door or in your vehicle. Please try to use the restroom before arriving due to the location of spas' restroom.
