I graduated from Morrisville State College of New York in 2016 with a massage focused Associates degree. Later that year becoming licensed, I've had the opportunity to work in both therapeutic & luxury settings. I loved the relaxation aspect of luxury massage & understood the significance of enjoying a session. Whereas therapeutic work is becoming more recognized for helping people on the path to restoring their bodies. Since moving to Middle Tennessee in 2019 & transferring my license in 2020, I have combined both practices to provide my clients therapeutic healing with a touch of relaxation.

 

While still in New York I had the opportunity to receive my Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion & Education. After moving to Tennessee, I worked for 2.5 years as a health coach. With this, I am better able to bring clients health full circle by providing education & coaching; in hopes of creating an overall healthier individual.
