Helen Haas, Owner, LMT, B.S

I graduated from Morrisville State College of New York in 2016 with a massage focused Associates degree. Later that year becoming licensed, I've had the opportunity to work in both therapeutic and luxury settings. I loved the relaxation aspect of luxury massage and understood the significance of enjoying a session. With therapeutic work, I feel, can help people on the path to healing. Since moving to Middle Tennessee in 2019, and becoming licensed in this state in 2020, I have combined both practices to provide my clients therapeutic healing with a touch of relaxation.

While still in New York I had the opportunity to receive my Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion and Education. When I first moved to Tennessee I worked as a health coach for two and half years. With this, I am better able to bring clients health full circle by providing education and coaching; in hopes of creating an overall healthier individual.

Allison Hardison, LMT

Immediately following graduation from Greenbrier High School in 2014, I started attending Miller-Motte Tech to train to become a Massage Therapist. I've been a Tennessee State Licensed Massage Therapist since 2015.

Having a natural tendency to help others, I realized that massage was the direction I wanted to take. I noticed how natural massage felt for me during sessions and enjoyed being able to make connections with people in a lower stress environment, which is one of my favorite parts.

The techniques I'm most proud to offer and provide are deep tissue and reflexology. Though, one day I do hope to expand on my interests in prenatal and make it more of a specialty.
